Mission

Our mission is to prepare highly qualified commanders to obtain a masterХs degree for working in operational and tactical structures of the Air Force. Through military training and education, future commanders and experts in the branches of the army and special services develop the qualities of leadership and management, the ability of analyzing the environment and decision-making.

Main goals:

To enhance studentsХ knowledge of a new leadership and management conceptual framework, based on the necessity to work within multinational joint task forces structures;

To provide the qualifications required for organizing and managing the tactical and operational structures of the Air Force;

To develop officersХ system of values and ethics in accordance with the requirements of a democratic society and quickly developing civil-military relations;

To develop the ability to think as commanders, adapt quickly to a changing environment, make timely and innovative decisions and organize their implementation.

Main objectives:

Providing students with sound knowledge in various areas, necessary for the officersХ professional development;

Acquisition of modern IT skills, contributing to the effective functioning of military structures and staffs in times of peace, crises and war when conducting joint, peacemaking, humanitarian and special operations;

Developing practical skills for working in a team, operational planning, organizing troops training and management during combat or special missions.

Promoting conditions for the development of original thinking, creative judgment of the environment, exchanging experience at international meetings, conferences and exercises and encouraging a modern way of communication.
