Mission

spaceOur mission is to train highly qualified personnel to obtain a masterÕs degree for the needs of the Navy.

spaceTraining aims to meet the highest modern standards for developing officers of leadership, character and intellect, who possess the skills required for effectively performing functions within the Navy structures. In the course of their education, students become acquainted with the NATO forces and structures interoperability requirements as well as with those for partnership in multinational operations and other operations conducted at sea.

Main goals:

circleProviding the qualification required for organizing and managing the structures of the Navy;

circleDeveloping officersÕ system of values and ethics in accordance with the requirements of a democratic society and quickly developing civil-military relations;

circleDeveloping leadership qualities as required by the necessity to work within multinational joint task forces structures;

circle Developing the ability to think as commanders, adapt quickly to a changing environment, make timely and innovative decisions and organize their implementation.

Main objectives:

circleTo study in depth the regularities, nature, content and principles of combat preparation and conduct by homogeneous and heterogeneous Naval structures Š independently or interacting with structures of the other arms of service.

circleTo provide sound education for their future development as professionals in the tactical and operational structures of the Navy.

circleTo develop practical skills for working in a team and decision making by the Navy officers, as well as for using modern methods and technologies in accordance with a future NATO membership.

circleTo foster a creative working environment and provide conditions for exchanging experience, participation in international meetings, conferences and exercises, and encouraging a modern way of communication.
