This course is a proof of the new tendency of increasing the number of foreign students from East Europe and the south Caucuses in the courses offered by the department. The course includes workshops using special software and contemporary simulation aids along with the traditional civil-military cooperation topics. The Globe Smart Commander, a special product developed by the US Army and its application, is a new topic for the course.
