А French Military Delegation Visit to Rakovski Defense and Staff College

On November 30, 2007 a French Military delegation, led by the first deputy-commandant of the Department responsible for military education at the Defense College “Saint Syr” – Coetquidan of France –general Dominic Arthur,accompanied by major Yves Bitch visited Rakovski Defense and Staff College . The military attache colonel Vladimir Mikoulinsky, WO1 Valerie Faure-Noinin and WO Pascal Jimenez from the Embassy of the Republic of Franie in Bulgaria took part in the event.

A briefing on issues concerning the tasks, the perspectives for education, as well as the academic curricula at Rakovski Defense and Staff College was presented. New opportunities in view of the cooperation within the Common European Program for Military Education were discussed.

The guests visited the Regional Logistics Training Center at Rakovski Defense and Staff College . The Hosts presented a briefing concerning the education at the Command and Staff Faculty.
